Shipping Policy: We offer standard rates for both domestic and international shipping. For in-stock orders, if in Manhattan, deliveries will be available for free pick up from our Upper West Side Location same day if orders are placed by 1pm EST.  All orders received before 1pm EST will be shipped same day, regardless of domestic or international address.

For pre-orders, delivery dates are estimated. You will be notified closer to the estimated delivery timeframe of any changes.

Returns and Exchanges: Your happiness (and your little ones'!) is of utmost importance to us! If you've changed your mind about an item, or if you need a different size, please email us at hello@treehousekids.shop. Products may be returned--unworn, with tags--within two weeks of purchase. You will receive a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. As always, we’re happy to help!
