WE OFFER STANDARD DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- SAME-DAY SHIPPING: In-stock orders placed before 1pm EST will in most cases ship the same day, regardless of destination.
- FREE LOCAL PICK-UP (MANHATTAN): In-stock orders placed before 1pm EST are eligible for same-day pick-up at our Upper West Side location.
- ORDER PROCESSING: Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Duties and taxes may be calculated at checkout (where available) or may be due upon delivery depending on your countryās regulations.
- TRACKING: You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

To ensure delivery by December 24th, please place orders by:
- DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING: December 9th
- DOMESTIC EXPEDITED SHIPPING: December 12th
- LOCAL MANHATTAN PICK-UP: Orders placed by 1pm EST on December 23rd
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: December 6thā10th (varies by location)
